This is going to be my inspiration.
My inspiration to keep going to the gym and to continue to try to not eat everything in sight. I have learned that I am an emotional eater. Thus when I am happy I eat, sad I eat, tired I eat, stressed I eat and guess what I do when I'm bored...yep-EAT.
Do any of you have any recommendations?

I am also an emotional eater. South Beach diet worked really well for me after Allison was born... I lost about 15 pounds on it and was thrilled. I'm still gearing up the nerve to do it again for my post-Carter weight. Probably the best idea... don't keep yummy things in the house. When your hubby wants yummy things to eat in his llunches at work, make him take them to work to live in his desk. And menu plan, if you can. Its way easier to think of healthy things to eat for meals when 5 pm isn't staring you in the face. For lunches I really love Earthbound Farms spring salad mix with some tomatoes, curcumber and canned chicken (Costco's is really good) or tuna on it. Good luck... Its a struggle for most of us.
My latest goal is to eat more at home. I plan a menu with my husband and try to make things that he really likes so that I feel like I a cooking for someone else besides me. It isn't always the healthiest meals, but it is better than eating out, right?
The dieticians that I met at St. Mark's recommended a book called "Intuitive Eating" by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. I just bought it, and I'll tell you if I like it or not. A big thing seems to be the importance of keeping a food diary. There are a lot of sites online that are good at helping to track things like that. Hmmm.. this is getting long. I better stop now
